Who is a Righteous person?
Righteous person is the one who always does what is right.
More importantly, We should note a point that this person does not need to listen to his conscience.
What I mean here, is these people always do what is right that they don't need their conscience to prompt them to do the right things.
When people do what is not right their conscience speak with them and it will prompt them to do what is right.
When a person does not listen to the conscience, the conscience dies meaning it does not take any effort to speak with them anymore.
In the same way, Righteous persons do not need conscience to speak with them because they are in the other extream.
That they always do what is right.
